What happens after you reach out

1. 1. We reply within one business day. Someone from the office nearest you — Nashville or Jefferson City — calls or emails to ask a few questions about your project and your timing.
2. 2. We schedule a walkthrough. We meet at your home, listen to what you want, and measure what's actually there so the estimate is based on your house, not a guess.
3. 3. You get a written estimate. An itemized scope and price you can read, with no vague allowances or surprise line items.
4. 4. We get you on the schedule. Once you approve the estimate, your project manager sets a start date and stays your single point of contact through the final walkthrough.

What to include in your request

The more we know up front, the more useful that first conversation is. Tell us which rooms or areas are involved, what you'd like to change, and anything that's driving the timeline — a move, a sale, damage that needs repair, or a season you want to be done by. Photos are helpful but never required.
