What it's like to work here
Every member of our core crew is a W-2 employee. We don't rely on day labor, and core construction work doesn't get handed off to whoever is available that week. That means steady work, consistent teammates, and a crew that knows how we like things done.
Each project has a dedicated project manager who handles the schedule, materials and client communication, so the people in the field can focus on building. Specialty trades like electrical and HVAC are handled by licensed partners we've vetted.
Two offices, lots of variety
We work out of Nashville, Tennessee and Jefferson City, Missouri. Our Nashville team focuses on remodeling and renovation — kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home projects. Our Missouri team covers Jefferson City, Columbia and the Lake Area with both remodeling and handyman service, so no two weeks look the same.
Whether you're an experienced lead carpenter or just starting out as a helper, you'll learn on real projects alongside people who take pride in finish work.
